ORIXA Execution Independent APP Access
Existing JuCard users will gradually be migrated to the new independent APP platform. Upon completion of the migration, users will be able to apply for, manage, and use card services through the new APP while enjoying enhanced features and services.
Limited-Time Card Activation Promotion
To celebrate the launch of the new platform, we are introducing a limited-time card activation campaign. Details are as follows:

The new JuCard platform and related promotional campaigns will be launched soon:

- Promotion Period: Valid for 30 days from the official launch date

Existing JuCard User Migration Plan
To ensure a smooth service upgrade, all existing JuCard users will be migrated to the new platform.
Virtual Card Users
For users currently holding a JuCard Virtual Card:
- A new card account will be created automatically;
- Existing card balances will be migrated to the new platform;
- No reapplication is required;
- Users may start using the service after downloading the APP and completing account activation.
Important Notice
When activating your account on the new APP, you must verify your account using the email address linked to your Ju.com account.
If your account is not linked to an email address, please complete the email binding process as soon as possible to avoid any impact on account migration and future service access.
Physical Card Users
For users currently holding a JuCard Physical Card:
- Account information and balances will be migrated automatically;
- Users may apply for a new physical card through the new platform;
- New physical cards are expected to be issued and delivered within two weeks after approval.
Migration Period Notice
To ensure a successful data migration and system upgrade, existing JuCard services will be temporarily unavailable during the migration period.
During this period:
- Existing JuCard payment and card-related services will be unavailable;
- User assets and balances will remain safe and unaffected;
- Account, balance, and card data migration will be completed.
Once the migration is complete, users can continue using card services through the new independent APP.
Migration Tutorial
- Original JuCard application path: Select "Apply for a Card Now" to go to the ORIXA APP download page.
- After downloading the app, open the ORIXA app and complete the initial migration activation (For initial activation, use password login and then log in using your UID.). Once logged in, you can view your card information and migrated assets.
Note: Non-migration users can register directly and apply for a U-card after entering the platform.
