To further safeguard all user assets, maintain the long-term stability of the ecosystem, prevent malicious market manipulation, and support the smooth progress of auditing efforts, the JU Ecosystem Committee has officially decided to launch the JU Ecosystem Asset Security Upgrade and Value Protection Plan.
This upgrade aims to establish a more comprehensive asset management framework, creating a safer, more stable, and transparent environment for all users while further enhancing the long-term value and capital-carrying capacity of the JU ecosystem.
I. Asset Protection Period Arrangement
To ensure the safe and smooth completion of this upgrade, the platform will activate the Asset Security Protection Mechanism during the following period: June 6, 2026, from 14:00 to 20:00 (UTC+8)
The protection period will last for 6 hours. During this period, deposit, withdrawal, and trading functions will be temporarily unavailable to ensure data integrity and stability.
During the protection period, the platform will simultaneously conduct:
- Asset data verification;
- Security and risk-control upgrades;
- Audit data calibration;
- Historical abnormal data reviews;
- Deployment of anti-market-manipulation mechanisms.
All user asset rights and interests will remain fully protected. Relevant data will be managed according to system records and will not affect users' final asset ownership or interests.
II. JU Asset Value Upgrade Plan
Upon completion of the upgrade, relevant ecosystem assets will be integrated into the JU Value Pool for unified management (asset crediting may experience a short delay, which is considered normal).
At the same time, on-chain asset verification through Juchain will be launched. Users may visit the Juchain.org official website and complete the asset verification process through the homepage navigation menu.
This initiative will further enhance asset security, reduce the impact of abnormal market fluctuations, and achieve deeper integration between ecosystem assets and real capital value.
III. User Benefit Upgrade Program
- Continued Ecosystem Incentive Program
Following the upgrade, new ecosystem incentives and exchange-specific acceleration rewards will be introduced.
Eligible users will continue to enjoy platform growth benefits and additional incentive support.
- Static Yield Benefit Upgrade
The platform will implement a return mechanism to continuously reward users who have long supported ecosystem development.
- JU Value Integration with Listed Company Capital
JU assets will be linked to the capital structure of a publicly listed company through a 1:1 value-mapping mechanism.
The listed company asset-loading plan is expected to be completed before July 10, 2026. Users may choose to participate in a 1:1 rights conversion according to applicable rules.
In accordance with international capital market standards, converted equity interests will be subject to a six-month lock-up period and will be automatically released upon expiration.
This mechanism will further strengthen the real capital value backing of JU assets.
- Long-Term Value Release Mechanism
Assets entering the JU Value Pool will be fully unlocked automatically after one year.
The process will be executed automatically by the system without any additional application requirements.
- Early Release Mechanism
If the listed company's market capitalization reaches the target of USD 20 billion ahead of schedule,
the platform will initiate an early asset release plan, and the corresponding asset rights and interests will be unlocked in advance.
