I. Basic Understanding
-
What is Ju Prediction Market?
Ju.com Prediction Market is a trading-based prediction platform powered by real-world event outcomes. Users predict event results by buying Yes/No Shares. The system automatically settles based on authoritative third-party data sources. The platform does not participate in pricing or manually intervene in outcomes. -
How is it different from typical guessing/betting products?
Ju.com Prediction Market uses a Share trading mechanism instead of traditional guessing:- Shares can be bought or sold at any time before event settlement.
- Prices fluctuate in real time based on market supply and demand, reflecting the current market consensus probability of an event outcome.
- Each Share has a fixed face value of 1 USDT. A correct prediction yields 1 USDT per Share; an incorrect prediction results in zero.
-
What does the price represent?
Price equals probability. The percentage shown on the page reflects the market’s collective judgment of the probability of that outcome. If an option shows 30%, it means the market believes there is a 30% chance of that outcome. The price is entirely determined by market supply and demand. -
Who decides the outcome?
Outcome data comes from authoritative third‑party data sources and cannot be manually interfered with. After an event outcome is confirmed, the platform synchronizes the settlement status and the system automatically performs liquidation. -
What types of events are supported?
Currently, event prediction (Yes/No) is supported. Each event may contain multiple sub‑market options, and users can buy Yes or No for each option separately.
II. How to Participate
-
How do I start using the prediction market?
When you first enter the prediction market page, you need to activate your prediction market account by clicking “Activate”. After activation, transfer USDT from your spot account to your prediction account, and you can start trading. -
How do I buy Shares?
Go to any event page, select a sub‑market option, click the Yes or No button, choose a market order or limit order, enter the amount or number of Shares, and submit. -
What is the difference between a market order and a limit order?
- Market order: Executes immediately at the current market price, suitable for fast trading.
- Limit order: Places an order at a specified price and waits for it to be filled, suitable for trading with a clear target price.
-
Can I sell at any time?
Yes. Before event settlement, any open position can be sold at any time on the market to lock in profits or reduce losses. After settlement, the system automatically closes the position – no manual action is needed. -
Can I participate after the prediction deadline?
No. After the prediction deadline has passed, no further orders can be placed for that event. Expired or eliminated sub‑market options will also be closed by the system and cannot be traded.
III. Profit and Fees
-
How much profit can I earn from a correct prediction?
Each Share has a fixed face value of 1 USDT:- Correct prediction: 1 USDT per Share.
- Incorrect prediction: Share becomes zero.
- Profit amount = (Number of Shares × 1 USDT) – Purchase cost.
-
Why does the profit change?
The Share price fluctuates in real time with the market. Different purchase times result in different costs and therefore different final profits. The estimated profit shown on the page is a real‑time estimate based on the current price. -
What are the fees?
Fees vary depending on the event category:
(Content not available to display outside Lark document)
Fee calculation method: Purchase amount / Ask price × Taker fee rate × Ask price × (1 – Ask price) -
Are transfers, deposits, and withdrawals charged?
No. Transfers, deposits, and withdrawals do not incur any additional fees. Only the above‑mentioned trading fees apply.
IV. Probability and Winning Rate
-
Does a high probability guarantee a win?
No. Probability is merely the collective judgment of current market participants and is not equal to the actual outcome. The final result depends entirely on what actually happens in the event. -
Why don’t the Yes and No prices add up to 1?
There is a spread between the bid and ask prices, which is a normal market phenomenon. The page shows the ask price. The sum of the ask prices of Yes and No is usually slightly greater than 1.
V. Settlement Explanation
-
When is settlement performed?
After the event outcome is confirmed by a third‑party data source, the platform synchronizes the settlement status, open positions are automatically closed, and profits are credited directly to the prediction market account. -
How is the settlement result determined?
- Yes wins: Yes positions settle at 1 USDT/Share; No positions become zero.
- No wins: No positions settle at 1 USDT/Share; Yes positions become zero.
-
What happens in special cases (e.g., event cancellation, force majeure)?
In very rare cases, a sub‑market may be settled as a Yes/No split: both sides settle at 0.5 USDT/Share. Please refer to the specific event rules for details. -
Where does the money go after settlement?
Settlement profits are automatically distributed to your prediction market account and can be transferred to your spot account at any time.
VI. Account and Funds
-
Are the prediction market account and spot account separate?
Yes. The prediction market account is managed independently. You need to transfer USDT from your spot account before you can trade. Account equity = Account balance + Unrealized P&L. -
Where can I view my transaction history?
On the “Order Records” page, you can view open orders, historical orders, position history, and fund flow. You can filter by event name and date. -
What if no one predicts the correct outcome?
Shares become zero, and the principal is lost. If no user predicts the correct outcome for an event, the platform collects all prediction funds.
VII. Risk Warning
-
Is profit guaranteed?
No. The prediction market involves price fluctuation risk. Share prices change in real time. An incorrect prediction will result in loss of the purchase cost. Please participate according to your own risk tolerance. -
Does the platform manipulate outcomes?
No. Outcomes come from authoritative third‑party data sources. The platform does not participate in pricing. All settlements are executed automatically by the system without manual intervention. -
Are there position limits?
The platform sets monitoring thresholds for individual users’ positions. If the threshold is exceeded, the risk control team will intervene. Please refer to platform announcements for specific limits.
