What is the trial fund
Ju.com trial fund is used together with its own principal as contract margin, which can be used to offset positioning losses and capital costs. When deducting corresponding fees, the trial fund and owned funds will be deducted proportionally. The trial fund cannot be withdrawn, but the profits generated from trading with the trial fund can be withdrawn.

Exchange trial fund
[Rewards Hub] in the trial fund coupons to obtain, need to exchange for trial funds can enter the futures fund account for normal use. The exchange process needs to meet the following conditions
- Futures account owned funds ≥ specified exchange threshold threshold
- Trial Fund vouchers with the same deduction ratio can't be used stacked during the benefit period.If there is a deduction with the same ratio being used, then a new voucher with a different deduction ratio cannot be exchanged.
Exchange threshold
Generally speaking, the trial fund needs to be used in conjunction with the user's owned fund, so when redeeming the trial fund coupon , the owned fund balance of the user's futures account will be verified. The user's owned fund balance can only be redeemed when it is ≥ the redemption threshold.
* Owned fund definition: owned fund balance = futures account balance - trial fund
Exchange restrictions
In order to ensure the actual user experience of User Trial Fund, we will impose corresponding restrictions on the trial fund balance and deduction ratio of the exchange account when redeeming coupons. The specific scenarios are as follows:

Example: User A receives and redeems trial fund card 1 with a face value of 20U; then receives trial fund card 2 with a face value of 30U. At this time, User A needs to use the trial fund balance of card 1 to complete the entire transaction process before redeeming and using trial fund card 2.

- If the trial fund coupon is not unlocked and redeemed within the validity period of the trial fund coupon, the trial fund coupon will be invalid;
- Trial funds cannot be transferred out of the account or withdrawn, and can be used for futures trading and futures copy trading;
- When holding a trial fund, if malicious use or malicious brushing of trial fund is found, the platform has the right to dispose of the involved account accordingly;
- If the transfer causes the trial fund to fail and causes a reduction (liquidation) or an opening order that cannot be maintained, please handle the relevant positions before proceeding with the operation;
- The trial fund has a redemption time limit and a usage time limit. The redemption time limit is shown on the trial fund coupon surface of the Welfare Center, and the usage time limit is shown on the trial fund details of the Futures Account. If it is not redeemed or used within the valid period, it will be deemed to have expired;
- Transfer to trial fund when holding positions, the positioning ratio will decrease, and followers will reduce positions accordingly;
- After receiving the trial fund, the funds will be withdrawn from the futures account, which will cause the trial fund to be recovered.
Note: If malicious behavior such as brushing trial funds is found, the platform has the right to dispose of the involved account accordingly to recover losses. The final interpretation right of trial fund belongs to Ju.com.
