I. Verify Official Email Addresses, Beware of Counterfeit Domains
Recent scam emails often use counterfeit email domains that closely resemble official ones, such as the fake suffix "@ju.con", in an attempt to cause confusion. Please carefully check the sender's address:

II. Launchpad Participation Exclusively on the Platform, Reject External Transfers
All Ju.com Launchpad events are only supported for direct participation within the official website/App event pages. We will never request users to transfer funds to personal wallet addresses, external addresses, or specific internal accounts via email, private messages, or similar means.
Please be especially vigilant against the following phrases:
- "Assets need to be withdrawn to a specified address to participate in the private sale"
- "Need to internally transfer to XXX account for quota locking"
- "Offline allocation/quota reservation, first come first served"
