During this upgrade, due to matching compatibility issues encountered when integrating new high-quality market makers, a fully seamless transition was not achieved. As a result, some perpetual contract trading pairs experienced brief trading abnormalities during the maintenance and deployment period, including but not limited to inability to close positions and unexpected executions or triggers. To protect user interests, the platform immediately suspended the affected trading pairs and completed risk isolation and investigation.
Compensation Arrangements:
- The official compensation plan will be announced by January 23, 2026, 22:00 (UTC+8);
- All compensation is expected to be distributed by January 28, 2026, 24:00 (UTC+8);
- If compensation has not been received by the above time, please submit a support ticket via the in-app Online Customer Service or the official website, providing your UID and relevant order details. We will prioritize the review and handling.
Ju.com will take this incident as an opportunity to further strengthen upgrade rollout mechanisms, matching compatibility verification, and end-to-end stress testing, continuously enhancing system stability and user protection under extreme market conditions.
