Announcement Regarding Support for EOS (EOS) Token Swap and Brand Upgrade to Vaulta (A)

Dear Users,

JuCoin will support the EOS (EOS) token swap and brand upgrade to Vaulta (A). The relevant arrangements are as follows:

Spot Trading Arrangements

  • JuCoin will suspend EOS/USDT spot trading at 10:00 (UTC+8) on May 26, 2025, and automatically cancel all pending orders.

  • Users are advised to update or cancel spot trading combinations before 11:00 (UTC+8) on May 25, 2025, to avoid potential losses.

  • The new A/USDT spot trading will open at 18:00 (UTC+8) on May 28, 2025.

Contract Trading Arrangements

  • JuCoin Futures will automatically liquidate the EOSUSDT USDT-Margined Perpetual Contract at 15:00 (UTC+8) on May 21, 2025, and remove the above perpetual contract trading pair after liquidation. Users are advised to close their positions before trading stops to avoid automatic settlement.

  • Starting from 14:30 (UTC+8) on May 21, 2025, users will no longer be able to open new positions for the above perpetual contract.

Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Deposits and withdrawals of the old EOS tokens will be suspended at 11:30 (UTC+8) on May 26, 2025. Deposits made after suspension will not be credited, so please complete them in advance.

  • Deposits of the new A tokens will open at 15:00 (UTC+8) on May 28, 2025.

  • The withdrawal time for A tokens will be announced separately after the swap is completed.

  • After the swap is completed, withdrawals of the old EOS tokens will no longer be supported.

Token Swap and Brand Upgrade Details

  • The new token name is Vaulta (A), with the token code A.

  • All old EOS tokens will be automatically swapped for A tokens at a 1:1 ratio.

  • JuCoin will assist users with technical issues during the swap process. For more information, please refer to the project's official announcement.
