Who's Behind JuCoin?

We understand concerns about team transparency, especially given some of the challenges the industry has faced. While we thought we'd been public about our team, we realize we could be doing a better job making this information more accessible.

1. Our co-founder Sammi Li was recently unveiled as JuCoin's new CEO to lead our next growth phase. Though JuCoin is the first cryptocurrency-related business she founded, her background spanning multinational business consulting for companies like P&G, L'Oréal, LVMH, and Kering, her leadership at China Telecom, and work with international organizations including the World Bank Group brings valuable experience to our team.
2. Our COO Nicolas Zhu has been in crypto since 2018 and has been very public with JuCoin, representing us at major industry events and speaking engagements. Before joining us, Nicolas was deeply involved in the space, serving as Chief Business Officer at Rangers Protocol, Head of Global Branding at MixMarvel, and many other industry roles.

Team Transparency – We’re preparing a formal and verifiable overview of our core leadership across tech, operations, and compliance, to be published soon.

Security & Reserves – Partnering with BitsLab for a comprehensive security audit, including penetration testing, code review, and formal verification and submit proof of reserves to CoinMarketCap.

Regulatory Compliance – Expanding beyond our MSB registration, we’re actively applying for licenses in multiple jurisdictions.
