1. Transfer Process
The transfer process consists of three stages:
- JuCoin Processing: The withdrawal request is processed, and a TXID (transaction hash) is generated within 30-60 minutes;
- Blockchain Confirmation: The transaction is broadcasted and awaits miner confirmations;
- Receiving Platform Processing: Funds are credited to the recipient’s wallet, depending on the blockchain speed and recipient platform policies.
Important Notes:
- If the transaction is unconfirmed on the blockchain, please wait patiently for confirmation.
- If the transaction is confirmed but not credited, please contact the recipient platform or wallet.
- Ensure that the recipient platform/wallet supports the withdrawn token and the blockchain network used, or the funds may be lost and irrecoverable.
2. Deposit/Withdrawal Confirmation Count
What is Blockchain Confirmation?
- Blockchain confirmation refers to a transaction being recorded into a block and added to the blockchain.
- Confirmation count (Confirmation) indicates the number of times a transaction has been verified on the blockchain.
- The higher the confirmation count, the more irreversible the transaction becomes. Different blockchains have different confirmation requirements. For example, Bitcoin transactions typically require 6 confirmations to be fully secured.
JuCoin Confirmation Requirements:
- Different tokens have different confirmation requirements before being credited. You can check the specific requirements on the deposit page.
- A deposit must meet the required confirmation count before it is credited and available for trading.
- Once a withdrawal unlock confirmation count is reached, the asset can be withdrawn or used for P2P transactions.
Example: USDT Deposit
- USDT deposits require 3 blockchain confirmations before they are credited.
- Once credited, the deposit remains temporarily frozen until it reaches 33 confirmations, after which withdrawals are allowed.
Special Reminder:
- Until the required confirmation count is reached, deposited assets can be used for trading and transfers, but cannot be withdrawn.
- Once the confirmation requirement is met, assets can be freely withdrawn or traded in P2P markets.
